Clear operating terms for a product still in private beta.
These terms govern use of klyrone.com and any FormCoach private-beta access provided by Klyrone FZE. Additional tester, gym-pilot, subscription or app-store terms may apply and will control where they conflict with these general terms.
FormCoach is pre-release software under active testing. Features, supported exercises, availability, analysis methods and data handling may change. Access is selective, may be limited or withdrawn, and does not guarantee a future commercial release.
FormCoach provides AI-assisted exercise guidance for informational purposes. It does not diagnose injury, provide medical, rehabilitation or emergency advice, or replace a qualified trainer, coach, healthcare professional or spotter. Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience pain or concerning symptoms.
Use safe equipment, an appropriate environment and suitable supervision. Do not rely on FormCoach for decisions where an error could cause injury. You are responsible for account security, lawful video capture, required consent from people appearing in a recording and the accuracy of information you provide.
Do not misuse the website or product, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person's rights, reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits, or use outputs to make medical diagnoses.
You retain rights in content you submit. You permit Klyrone and its infrastructure providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, evaluate and improve the requested product experience, subject to the Privacy Policy and any specific beta notice.
FormCoach, Klyrone branding, product software, interfaces and related materials are owned by Klyrone FZE or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited right to use an authorized beta build under these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and private beta are provided on an 'as available' basis without guarantees that analysis will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular exercise or person.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klyrone is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or private beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. Questions may be sent to legal@klyrone.com. Klyrone may update these terms as the product develops; the posted revision date identifies the current version.
