This policy describes how Klyrone FZE handles information through klyrone.com and the FormCoach private beta.
On this website, we may collect the name, email address, organization, role and message you submit through a FormCoach beta or gym-pilot application. Optional analytics may collect aggregated visit and device information after consent. FormCoach testers may separately provide account, exercise-session and video information required to operate the private beta.
We use information to assess beta and pilot applications, coordinate access, operate and secure FormCoach, provide requested support, evaluate product quality and improve the product. We do not sell personal information or use website application data for third-party advertising.
Private-beta exercise clips are processed to produce analysis and supporting evidence. Operational retention is kept limited and is governed by the active beta configuration and tester notice. Gym personnel cannot access a member's training videos unless that member explicitly enables video sharing.
Klyrone uses service providers including Google Cloud, Firebase, Google Analytics and Web3Forms to host, secure, measure and operate relevant parts of the website and product. These providers process information under their own terms and Klyrone's configuration.
We use access controls, private storage and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution.
You may decline optional analytics through the website consent prompt. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@klyrone.com. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate security and accounting needs.
The public website is not directed to children. Any beta access involving minors requires an appropriate guardian process. FormCoach is not medical advice and is not a replacement for a qualified trainer, coach or spotter.
Klyrone FZE is based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@klyrone.com. We may update this policy as FormCoach moves from private beta to public release.
